Job Description

We are looking for a

highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, promoting our digital marketing services, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will play a vital role in expanding our client base within the UAE and beyond.

Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, and direct meetings Pitch and sell our digital marketing services, including: Social Media Marketing SEO Website Development Paid Advertising (Google & Social Media) Understand client needs and recommend suitable digital solutions Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented Knowledge of the UAE market is a plus

Available to join immediately or on short notice

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
