Job Description

We're a leading interior design company specializing in fitout solutions, with a head office and factory in Ajman and a branch office in Dubai. We're seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to drive growth and bring in new business opportunities in the interior fitout sector.

- Generate sales leads and convert them into jobs independently

- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

- Responsible for payment follow-up and ensuring timely payments

- Collaborate with estimation and design departments to send quotations on time and ensure minimum margin as per company policy

- Work closely with management to demonstrate sales capacity and bring in new jobs

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in UAE interior fit-out sales

- Valid UAE driving license

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- knowledge of the interior fit-out industry, including:

- Joinery Works: Custom-made furniture, cabinetry, and other woodwork services

- Market Leaders: Top interior fit-out companies in the UAE

- Business Opportunities: Identifying potential projects and clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Salary and Benefits

- Salary Range: AED 5,000 - 8,000 per month

- Incentives: Calculated based on job profitability
