  • As our business is expanding globally and regionally via our nineteen branch offices around the world through which products are exported to over 110 countries, and, in our pursuit to further enhance our presence in the region and spread the culture of value-added medical devices and solutions, we are looking for a Product Specialist to join our team in Dubai branch and contribute to the below:
Duties and responsibilities
  • Planning for and performing product demonstrations and field activities locally and regionally to support our local distributors\' efforts
  • Promote and sell high-end medical solutions to a wide customer base such as hospitals, clinics, NGO\xe2\x80\x99s and other healthcare facilities
  • Being a clients\' advisor to understand their need, suggest the right product, provide the needed operational support and queries handling
  • Maintain high level of satisfaction for our current users and work on converting non seca users to increase market share
  • Being a market eye in terms of product, market research and business trends analysis
  • Create, feed, and update a strong sales funnel with diversity to cover the wide range of products available
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, planning and supporting implementation of new product launch.
  • Maintain and enhance exceptional after sales support through product training sessions, satisfaction campaigns and queries handling through constructive communication and working closely with internal and external departments and distributors
  • Ability to travel extensively in line with the requirements of the position.
