Sales Process Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM Oversight & Data Integrity
Monitor agent activity within the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely lead registration.
Ensure all client communications and deal progress are properly logged and updated.
Generate regular reports on agent performance and pipeline stages.
2. Agent Support & Workflow Monitoring
Track all stages of the sales process for each agent, from lead registration to deal closure.
Ensure agents respond to leads in a timely manner and follow up according to internal standards.
Remind and support agents in completing tasks and following through on active deals.
3. Developer Communication
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all project launches, updates, and offers from developers.
Share important updates with the team and ensure agents are aligned with current developer offerings.
Communicate with developer representatives when needed on behalf of agents.
4. Process Optimization
Identify gaps or delays in the sales process and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with management to ensure consistency and efficiency in how agents work.
Help train new agents on CRM usage and internal protocols.
5. Reporting & Accountability
Provide weekly updates to management on agent performance, CRM status, and communication quality.
Track KPIs such as response time, follow-up frequency, and deal progression.
Act as a bridge between management and the agent team regarding CRM-related issues.
Compensation Package:
Fixed Monthly Salary: AED 4,500 aed
Performance Bonus: Up to AED 2,000/month based on KPI results
Total Potential Monthly Income: AED 6,000 - 8,000
Employment Type: Full-time, 6 days/week

Timely and accurate CRM updates by agents
Full registration of all new leads into CRM
Monitoring and reporting on agent follow-ups and client progress
Regular communication of new developer updates to the team
Weekly performance reports to management
Support in training new agents on CRM and internal processes

Bonus Eligibility:
Bonuses are calculated monthly based on achievement of KPIs.
Example:
70% KPI achieved ? AED 1,000 bonus
90%+ KPI achieved ? AED 2,000 bonus
