Job Description

At Porsche, the Sales department is responsible for regional management of our importers, supporting them with business plans, limited edition allocations, individualization management, marketing and strategy implementation, with a focus on driving revenue of new cars, pre-owned cars and corporate sales. We also have a strong focus on sales planning, forecasting and reporting to manage supply and demand for our vehicles across the region.

What to expect?

You gain insights into the daily operations of the Sales Department. You oversee various team activities, including sales planning for importers, performance reporting, sales forecasting, market evaluations, competition analysis, fleet management, order management, and product allocation. You provide personal assistance to the Sales leadership team, supporting them on strategic topics. You support in creating presentations for business reviews and management meetings. You build presentations and handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team. You coordinate department meetings, workshops, conferences, and events. You occasionally support front office operations by covering the HQ reception desk as part of your internship.

What sets you apart?

You have a passion for cars and a strong interest in the Porsche brand. You have a background in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study. You have excellent oral and written English communication skills. You have advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is an advantage. You have strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work. You are outgoing, proactive, and confident in engaging with others. You have the ability to quickly grasp new tasks and adapt to changing priorities. You have an independent work style and strong self-management skills. You are available for a 6-month internship period (23 February 2026 - 28 August 2026).
