Responsibilities:
Market and sell our products to interested customers
Generate leads and perform outreach. Warm outreach (old clients) or cold outreach (New clients)
Perform door-to-door marketing by going to different markets/companies
Has a strong sales personality
Has an existing clients base (Highly preferred)
Install, service, and repair photocopiers, printers, and multifunction machines.
Diagnose issues and perform preventive maintenance.
Manage spare parts and ensure timely replacements.
Provide technical support and solutions to clients on-site.
Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
Requirements:
Sales experience of 3+ years in a similar field (highly preferred)
Proven experience as a photocopier/printer technician (minimum 2 years).
Strong knowledge of major brands (Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, HP, etc.).
Strong Knowledge in copier spare parts.
Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues.
Familiarity with networking & connectivity setup for MFPs is a plus.
UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory).
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
