Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide personalized support and product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
E-Commerce Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the company's e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, content updates, and inventory management.
Sales Reporting & Analytics:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and track sales trends. Use data insights to improve sales strategies and e-commerce initiatives.
Product Promotion & Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns for both online and offline channels. Ensure products are well-represented across various digital platforms.
Order Processing & Customer Support:
Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery. Address any post-sale customer concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the inventory, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination in order fulfillment and campaign execution.
Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activities in both the sales and e-commerce landscape. Adjust strategies accordingly to stay competitive.
