Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the design and fit-out sector
Leverage existing network and industry contacts to bring in ongoing or upcoming projects
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and real estate partners
Monitor market trends and competitors to support strategic business development efforts
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in
design, interiors, or fit-out
Strong industry network and the ability to bring in personal projects or clients
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Knowledge of the full design-to-fit-out process and project lifecycle
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working under targets
Valid UAE driver's license
