Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue, this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and execution. What Youll Do Activate & Build Partnerships Strategic Outreach: Identify, onboard, and activate partnerships with startups, SMEs, incubators, and complementary service providers. Cultivate Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure alignment and sustained collaboration. Develop Joint Campaigns: Collaborate with partners on co-marketing efforts, referral programs, and other initiatives to generate qualified leads. Drive Revenue Through Partnerships Close Deals: Engage with partner-generated leads, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions to close deals. Optimize Partner Performance: Track partner-generated revenue, provide performance insights, and work with partners to optimize lead quality and quantity. Negotiate Agreements: Ensure clear and mutually beneficial agreements with partners to drive sustained business outcomes. Strategize & Collaborate Align with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner strategies into the broader sales funnel. Leverage Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and partner needs to identify new opportunities and refine strategies. Innovate Processes: Identify inefficiencies in partner lead handling and propose solutions to maximize conversion rates.
