We are looking for a proactive
Sales & Operations Supervisor
with hands-on experience inAmadeus GDS
to lead sales and operations activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, meet sales targets, and manage the team efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily sales and operations activities and ensure targets are achieved.
Supervise, motivate, and support the sales and operations team.
Manage bookings, reservations, and ticketing through
Amadeus GDS
.Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalations effectively.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and operations management in travel & tourism.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
Amadeus GDS
.Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field (preferred).
