Sales Operation Supervisor
Job Description
Role Overview:*
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Supervisor to oversee our outdoor sales team from the office. The role is focused on monitoring team performance, managing KPIs, ensuring client follow-ups, and coordinating with finance to clear outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the outdoor sales team remotely.
Track KPIs and daily sales activities to ensure targets are met.
Follow up with clients and ensure timely communication.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with accounts for collection.
Prepare and maintain performance reports for management.
Ensure proper use of CRM or reporting tools.
Provide feedback and support to the sales team for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales coordination, operations, or team supervision.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work with data, reports, and KPIs.
Knowledge of CRM/sales reporting tools is an advantage.
Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
