: Main Responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales and financial teams to negotiate and finalize commercial terms with clients.
Organize and oversee the shipment process, ensuring timely delivery of products or services to customers.
Accurately input and manage order details in the ERP system, including order tracking and updates.
Handle the financial aspects of orders in the ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely processing, deals approval process supporting.
Items catalog updating, taking care of product description and catalog systematization.
Generate and send invoices to clients, ensuring they are accurate and reflect the agreed-upon terms.
Analyze and allocate costs appropriately to maintain budget discipline and financial clarity.
Monitor and manage the collection of payments, ensuring timely receipts and proper accounting.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to help in decision-making and strategy development.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales operations and/or accountant preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
