POSITION OVERVIEW

Trend Micro is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team in either Dubai or Riyadh. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing and optimizing various aspects of our business operations, with a focus on financial business operations, including budget management. Additionally, you will be responsible for data-driven decision support, channel operations, marketing operations, services operations, customer success operations, dashboard and analytics creation, operations presentation, business performance management, people/functions performance management, and performance metrics.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to optimize financial operations.
  • Assist in managing the budget related to business operations and projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize distribution channels and partner relationships.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of products and services through channels.
  • Identify opportunities for channel expansion and improvement.
  • Support marketing teams in campaign planning and execution.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Streamline marketing processes for greater efficiency.
  • Oversee service delivery and customer support operations.
  • Enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer success operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain robust analytics and reporting systems.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure that all business operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Track, Measure, Manage and optimize the performance of teams and functions within the organization, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business operations and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to regional BU leads to communicate operational insights and strategies for the business.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to provide real-time insights into business operations and performance.
EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in business operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement.
