Key Accountabilities



Responsible for managing and continuously improving all Roadshow channel related cross functional processes concerning reporting and performance analysis. Assure the maintenance of effective reporting infrastructure to help the management have a comprehensive view on their performance. Plan to prioritize reporting development/resolution of new initiatives/requirements from channel management Assure that relevant SLA's are in place with these stakeholders, and that these SLA's are managed accordingly. Advise channel management and strategy on optimal use of commission/incentive utilization, channel profitability and optimal use of available SAC/SRC related funding Sign off on commission/incentive assessment notes, CR's and target setting KPI reporting in the capacity of Roadshow support SPOC to assure that any changes in back end system structure/hierarchy can correctly be captures in operational reporting Assist, advise and support in implementing solutions to these needs and realistically manage expectations accordingly

Qualifications:



Minimum Bachelor degree

Experience:



Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in DWH/reporting and analysis role in telecom industry

Skills



Should have worked on sales management systems or sales information models. Good knowledge DWH environments from sourcing information to presenting information. * Good knowledge of reporting and commission systems
