As a FinTech company, our business is entirely technology and data driven, from determining subscriber eligibility, generating relevant offers, managing risk, loan issuance, recovery, optimizing performance and reporting, reconciliation and billing. Each day we process approximately 21M loan requests and 1.4 TB of data across our markets. This process needs to be robust, reliable and secure. But it doesn\'t end there. We\'re exploring new ways of using our platform and transactional data to improve our products and develop new product opportunities. About the role As a Sales Operations Lead at Ezra, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales channel. You will lead sales administration, be the custodian of sales administration policies, optimize workflows and oversee sales performance analytics and forecasting. This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer Responsibilities | What you\'ll do
Establishes strong relationships with Sales Team through ongoing and regular communication, and develop a clear understanding of the existing sales funnel and broader strategy, including business processes, metrics and reporting cadence
Optimize sales processes and workflows to streamline operations, improve sales cycle efficiency, and increase overall sales performance.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for sales process improvements.
Develop and implement sales administration policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Provides analytical support and reports on forecasting and pipeline activities, target setting, individual seller performance metrics, and quarterly business reviews
Identifies key areas to implement or improve relevant sales automation techniques, analytics, and CRM management workflow
Ensures data accuracy and verifies CRM data as a system of truth
Proactively monitors and strives to maintain elevated levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization\'s execution efforts
Participates in developing strategy, processes, and operating procedures to a growing Sales organization
Works collaboratively across functional teams to develop an advance and sophisticated, quantitative analysis, translating internal and external data into actionable insights
Manages ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
Requirements | What we are looking for Qualifications & Essential Experience
Minimally 5 years experience in a sales environment, preferably in analytics and/or operations
Experience in a similar industry is advantageous
Data-driven with the strong analytical ability with the needs to be hands-on
Must be highly organized, independent and able to prioritize tasks
Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly evolving fast-paced environment
Adept at developing and executing actions synthesized from analysis issues
Detail-oriented and a believer in the value of process
Must be flexible, self-motivated and team-oriented
Highly adaptable, able to accept and create change
Is culturally adaptable and has excellent communication skills
Hands-on experience with any CRM solutions, with Advanced MS Excel skills. Experience with CRM platforms like Zoho and/or Salesforce are preferred.
Hands-on experience with any data analytics platform. Experience with data analytics platforms, like Tableau and/or Qlikview are preferred.
