The Sales Operations Manager will oversee and streamline the entire sales process within the real estate division. This role involves managing the sales team, CRM systems, administrative staff, and all sales-related documentation including DLD transactions and land registrations. The position ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and smooth coordination between departments to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage the sales and admin teams to achieve company sales objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to project handover.
Manage CRM systems to ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and reporting.
Coordinate with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) for property registrations, Oqood issuance, and title deeds.
Handle land and unit registration processes and ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
Monitor and track sales performance metrics, preparing regular management reports.
Collaborate with finance, legal, and marketing teams to streamline sales operations.
Ensure all documentation, contracts, and payments are accurately processed and filed.
Support the sales team with administrative assistance, policy implementation, and client follow-ups.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in real estate sales operations within a developer or brokerage.
Strong knowledge of DLD procedures, RERA regulations, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, PropSpace, or similar).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
