Sales Operations Analyst

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and automate sales reports in CRM systems (Salesforce, Bitrix24, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.); Analyze sales funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales team activity; Develop and maintain sales forecasts and performance dashboards; Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM platforms; Build and optimize dashboards and reporting templates for management; Work with Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar analytics tools; Identify areas for process improvement and implement automation to enhance efficiency; Provide analytical insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or CRM analytics; Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Bitrix24, Zoho, or HubSpot) and advanced Excel skills; Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Google Data Studio; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to handle large data sets; Excellent communication and reporting skills.
