The Sales Operations Analyst will be a hybrid role that spends 50% of their time on quotes, and 50% supporting Sales Optimization projects. This position works closely with International sales in the creation of quotes Clinical Effectiveness customers. This is an integral role in translating customer metrics/requirements from Sales into Salesforce CPQ for approval and presentation to the Customer. The Quote Support Specialist is responsible for quote accuracy and serves as the point of contact for any cross-functional questions/issues from the Pricing and Contracting teams. This role will also assist in various projects ensuring data accuracy and other Salesforce projects.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
Works with International Sales teams to create and track quotes within Salesforce
Collect required data points to execute and submit quotes for approval
Verify quotes are accurate and reflect customer requirements before submitting for approval
Be the owner of data quality for proposals
Monitor daily tasks and meet established SLA\xe2\x80\x99s with internal and external customers.
Participate in data clean up within Salesforce for special projects
Support sales with process questions
Works on special projects as needed for Sales Optimization

Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent required
Experience:
Salesforce CPQ
2+ years of direct work experience in sales, sales operations, customer service or a related commercial support role preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to deliver quality work in a timely manner.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in team settings, and work independently when required.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and project management skills.
Possess an open, flexible, and positive can-do attitude with good communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with multiple departments to execute mutually beneficial solutions. Experience dealing with difficult internal and external situations.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook and possess an innate ability to navigate through new software applications. Experience with Salesforce.com a plus.
