At MHO, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Sales Admin
to join our FMCG team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for managing sales documentation, processing orders, coordinating with procurement, logistics and finance, and maintaining accurate customer and sales data. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is proficient in MS Office, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and track sales orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer records
Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and follow-ups
Handle customer queries and ensure timely responses
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory
Assist in preparing sales presentations

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
