Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sales Agent (Off-Plan & Secondary Properties) is responsible for promoting and selling off-plan (pre-construction) and secondary (resale) properties to clients. The role involves building relationships with buyers, investors, and developers, providing market insights, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Client Management:

  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales for off-plan and secondary properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers.
  • Advise clients on market trends, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Prepare and process sales agreements, MOUs, and related documentation.
2. Market Research & Networking:
  • Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
  • Build relationships with developers, investors, and repeat clients.
  • Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and developer meetings.
3. Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations (e.g., RERA).
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management.
