Job Description
Position: Sales Officer - IT
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Industry: IT & Electronics Solutions
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years in sales (IT industry preferred)
- Languages: Good English + basic Hindi, Tamil, or Malayalam
- Driving License: Company vehicle & fuel provided
- Age: 20-35 years
- Gender: Male
- Active listening, clear communication, relationship building
- Prospecting, negotiation, and problem-solving
- Identifying client needs, managing objections, and closing deals
- Basic Salary
- Commission: 5% (target AED 50,000) / 10% (target AED 100,000) from profit
- Employment visa and medical coverage
- Company transport and accommodation
- Annual airfare ticket
- Working hours: 9 hours/day, 6 days/week
- Salary increment after 3-6 months based on performance
