Key Responsibilities

Manage the sales cycle for inventory management, fixed asset management, RFID solutions, asset tagging, and stock audit software in the UAE market.? Identify and acquire new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client meetings, targeting industries with high inventory and asset needs.? Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting technical and operational advantages. Maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers, supporting client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction. Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure smooth handover to implementation teams. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management. Track sales activity using CRM software and report regularly to management on pipeline and performance metrics.? Keep abreast of the latest inventory management, RFID, asset tagging, and verification solutions, including competitor offerings.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.? 2-3 years of proven sales experience in inventory management, fixed asset management, RFID, asset tagging, stock audit, or software solutions specific to these domains.? Demonstrated ability to understand clients' operational requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with UAE market sales in B2B technology, software, or asset management services. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or inventory management platforms.
Additional Requirements

Ability to travel regularly between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. UAE driving license is preferred. English fluency required; additional languages (Hindi, Arabic, Urdu) an advantage.?
Compensation

Competitive salary plus commission based on targets.
