Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and offer helpful assistance.
Help shoppers find products and provide information on merchandise.
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Restock shelves, label items, and monitor inventory & expiry dates of consumable items.
Work with teammates to create a great in-store experience.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Follow all company guidelines, including health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Retail or customer service experience is a plus--but not required!
Great communication and people skills.
Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
A can-do attitude and commitment to excellent service.
