Sales Responsibilities:

Property Showings:

Schedule, conduct property showings, and host open houses to showcase listings.

Negotiation:

Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to secure favourable contract terms.

Market Analysis:

Provide clients with accurate property valuations and insights by conducting market research and staying updated on market trends.

Transaction Support:

Assist clients through the closing process, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are completed.

Networking:

Build and maintain a strong client and professional network through referrals and consistent service.
Marketing Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase property visibility and generate leads.

Digital Marketing:

Create and execute digital advertising campaigns across social media, SEO, email marketing, and other platforms.

Content Creation:

Develop and manage high-quality marketing content, including social media posts, videos, and property listings.

Online Presence:

Manage and optimize the company's website, social media profiles, and overall online presence.

Promotional Events:

Organize and promote marketing events, such as open houses and property launches.

Market Research:

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
