We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Sales & Marketing Manager

to lead and grow our metal detector business in Dubai and across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, executing marketing initiatives, and expanding the company's market presence across sectors such as security, construction, mining, archaeology, and government organiszations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts in the UAE and GCC region Oversee B2B and B2C sales activities, including tenders and government projects Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve positioning and pricing strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management Coordinate with technical, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager, preferably in metal detectors, security systems, electronics, or industrial equipment Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and business environment Ability to understand and market technical products effectively Proficiency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage) Valid UAE driving license preferred

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5-8 years of relevant sales and marketing experience in the UAE
