Dairy Sales Manager Experience and Qualifications:

Person Profile:

Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field Local knowledge / sales experience in QATAR 5 -10 years product / sector relevant sales experience Excellent organisational and Management skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Confident self starter able to work on own or as part of a team. Use Word processors and spreadsheets. Fluent in the following Languages, English, Arabic,, Experience in planning and implementing dairy sales strategies. Experience in dairy customer relationship management. Experience managing and directing a sales team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dedication to providing great customer service. Meeting planned sales goals. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. The ongoing training of your salespeople. Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education. Promoting the organization and its products. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Development and implementation of communication strategy (Packaging, Media, Consumer promotion, Premiums). New product development and launch plan. Internal and external communication / co-ordination with Finance, Manufacturing Services, Logistics and Customer & Channel Demand Manager. Recruit & manage staff for the department. Understanding, updating and maintenance of Dairy products Import and Export regulations Qatar Driving license

Experience:

5-10 years of proven experience as Sales & Marketing Manager in Food and Beverage industry or FMCG. (Soft Drinks considered a plus)
