Sales & Marketing Executive - Dubai, UAE

we're looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help us expand our footprint across the UAE.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Executive, located in Dubai. The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include market research, developing and executing business strategies, networking with industry professionals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with company objectives.

Sales & Marketing Executive-specializes in offering broad spectrum of services such as the following:

Property Management
General & Deep Cleaning Services
Security Staffing
Warehouse Logistics staffing
Requirements:

Engineering/Management Graduates
Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management in the Middle East.
Proven track record in selling the mentioned services.
Strong client network within the Middle East/UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies for the services provided
Generate leads, secure new contracts, and expand the company's client portfolio.
Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewals and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contract documents.
Work closely with technical and operations teams to align service offerings with client requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
