Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team specializing in Documents Clearing Services in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our document clearing and processing services to various industries across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business leads and opportunities in the documents clearing sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Present and promote our document clearing services to potential customers effectively. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Follow up on leads, provide accurate quotations, and ensure timely service delivery. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handling of client documents. Stay updated with UAE government regulations and compliance requirements related to document clearing. Track sales and marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Attend networking events and exhibitions to expand professional network and market presence.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive or in a similar sales/customer service related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Fluency in English; Arabic and/or other languages is a plus. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
