Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Competitor and client research
- Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase company revenue, by conducting sales presentations and cold calling
- Follow up on client leads provided by the company
- Strong sales and marketing knowledge
- Develop strong relationships with developers, authority representatives, and owners and uphold the image and reputation of KWEC as the consultant/designer of choice
- Present and explain design and cost proposal to the customer
- Contribute to increase market share by enhancing inquiry base (plot owners, developers),
- Responsible for the promotion of KWEC designs towards customers by creating promotion tools (seminars, printed/e-data material) with support of HQ
- Discuss with clients their projects\xe2\x80\x99 specs and expectations,
- Work closely with Architecture team to ensure order conclusion
- Further develop and establish the KWEC brand and strategically plan your approach to further develop Developers\xe2\x80\x99 network and win market share
- Must be willing to join immediately
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Consultancy/Engineering/Design sector
- Commercial aptitude
- Strong understanding and work exposure in engineering and construction industry within the region
- Experience of working in a multicultural environment is preferable
- Strong network of business contacts (developers/owners)
- Previous work experience in Dubai
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture/Interior Design
- Excellent communication (presentation, negotiation and influencing) skills, both spoken, written English and Arabic
- Familiar with standard Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Consultancy, Construction, or Design Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
- sales/marketing executive: 3 years (Preferred)
