We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 2-3 years of proven experience in the travel and In bound-tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel market, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Identify and target potential clients in the tourism industry to generate new business.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.

Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns.

Track and report on sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Tele Sales

Handle inbound calls to potential clients.

Promote and sell tourism packages and services over the phone.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities: Outdoor Sales

Meet with potential clients and offer customized tourism packages.

Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase services.

Develop and maintain relationships with tour agents and corporate clients.

Identify and generate new business opportunities.

Achieve sales targets and expand client base.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the tourism industry in Dubai, with a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Strong network within the tourism sector, with the ability to bring in ready business upon joining.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using MS Office and other sales tools.

A passion for travel and a deep understanding of the tourism industry.
