Senior Marketing Executive

for Jewellery Company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels tailored to the jewellery sector Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and website optimization Plan and manage field marketing activities such as exhibitions, retail promotions, trunk shows, and brand activations Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to align marketing with product launches, seasonal collections, and craftsmanship narratives Oversee and direct video and photo shoots to highlight product details, artisan techniques, and brand aesthetics Create compelling visual content using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for campaigns, catalogues, and digital platforms Analyse market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to refine strategies and drive engagement Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven execution Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, stylists, and strategic partners in the luxury and fashion space Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a high-performance, creative culture Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the jewellery or luxury goods industry Proven expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms Strong leadership and project management skills Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical abilities Hands-on experience with video and photo production, especially for product and lifestyle shoots Proficiency in graphic design software and visual storytelling Understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes, materials, and market positioning
