We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executives with minimum 2 years of UAE experience is required in the same field. We are a Facilities Management company based in Abu Dhabi.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within target industries (e.g., Residential, hospitality, healthcare, education, industrial).

Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients in the FM industry.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
Generating new business leads and opportunities.
Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
Qualify leads and assess customer needs to determine suitable facility management solutions.
Clearly articulate the value and benefits of the company's integrated facility management services (e.g., cleaning, HVAC, MEP, general maintenance, landscaping, technical services, pool cleaning services).
Education:
MBA / Bachelor Degree in related field.
Language:
Fluency in Arabic & English is required.
