Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve student recruitment targets for the programmes.
Manage lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, digital marketing, and education fairs.
Build and nurture relationships with school counselors, educational agents, corporate partners, and local institutions.
Represent the university at exhibitions, seminars, and networking events in the UAE and the region.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities.
Work closely with admissions and academic departments to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
Prepare regular reports and insights on campaign performance and enrollment data.
Key Requirements:
Masters's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Preferably in Education Field)
Western education with UAE & international academic exposure is highly desirable.
Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in a similar sales and marketing role, preferably within the education sector in the UAE.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated professional.
Familiarity with CRM systems, digital tools, and data analytics is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
