M&A, fundraising, IPO preparation and strategic due diligence
. As we expand our presence in the UAE and GCC region, we are building a
strong, on-ground sales team
to drive brand growth and deliver value to our clients in investment banking, law, private equity, corporate, and startup ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively create
brand awareness
for DocullyVDR within
investment banks, law firms, private equity firms, corporations, and startup incubators
.
Identify, qualify, and nurture
new business leads
through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and conferences.
Represent DocullyVDR at
industry events, exhibitions, and meetings
to build meaningful relationships within the UAE & GCC business community.
Deliver
effective product demos
, craft compelling proposals, and negotiate deals to successful closure.
Manage the
sales pipeline
, update all activities in the CRM, and report on opportunities, lead status, and conversions.
Keep track of
market trends, competitors, and client feedback
to position DocullyVDR effectively against competition.
Plan and execute
lead generation campaigns
in collaboration with the sales management.
Ensure
timely follow-up
, strong relationship management, and consistent engagement with key decision-makers.
Achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets
to contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements
Minimum
2-3 years of relevant experience
in the UAE in a similar
sales & marketing capacity
, ideally with a
SaaS or B2B tech product
.
Deep understanding of the UAE & GCC market and professional ecosystem.
Proven ability to manage
sales cycles
end-to-end, from lead generation to deal closure.
Excellent
communication, networking, presentation, and negotiation skills
.
Strong command of spoken and written English;
Arabic speaking
is an advantage.
Experience using CRM tools for managing pipeline and sales reporting (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
Demonstrated ability to
work independently
, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
Must be able to
join immediately
and be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
