MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain new customer and corporate client relationships, focusing on business growth and satisfaction.
Gain a thorough knowledge of the company's services.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize all opportunities.
Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Build and maintain effective referral relationships to maximize potential leads.
Deliver compelling presentations, including proposals to customers and business reviews to management.
Identify, respond to, and resolve business issues for customers and provide win-win solutions.
Coordinate the negotiation of rates and contract terms to finalize pending sales.
Close deals and effectively communicate the value of the company's services in meeting customer needs and objectives.
Maintain proposal/bid records and submit daily sales activity reports with immediate sales plans and agendas.
Participate in trade shows, chamber of commerce events, and other local activities to strengthen brand presence in the market.
Meet regularly with the Operations team to share successes and challenges.
Communicate regularly with the Operations team regarding marketing trends, customer concerns, and best practices in sales strategies.
Perform other related duties as required by your immediate superior.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of
3 years
of experience in automotive aftersales service, sales, and marketing. Must show clear evidence of sales achievements and possess advanced consultative sales skills.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree in
Business
or
Marketing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Possess a valid UAE driver's license.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to organize and convey information clearly.
Proven leadership qualities and the ability to manage complex solutions.
Experience working with high-profile or blue-chip organizations.
Demonstrated success in selling to multi-level decision-makers.
Experience in tenders or winning complex new business deals.
Strong planning, organizing, and multitasking abilities.
A collaborative team player with a track record of cross-functional support.
Target-oriented and motivated to exceed challenging goals.
Market awareness and a deep understanding of customer and competitor dynamics.
