About the Role

We are looking for a motivated

Sales & Marketing Engineer (Inside Sales)

who will be responsible for understanding our technical products and services, supporting customers with inquiries, and providing tailored technical solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of the company's technical products and services. Work closely with the outside sales team to recommend and develop suitable technical solutions for customers. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to potential clients. Communicate with the engineering team to customize products based on customer requirements. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documents for sales pitches. Provide post-sales support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction. Identify and qualify new business opportunities and leads. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to explore opportunities for product customization.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Inside Sales Engineer, or in a similar technical sales role. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation or related field preferred). Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions. Strong problem-solving and customer-support skills. Identify and engage potential customers. Coordinate with internal teams to evaluate product customization feasibility.
