Day in the Life of a Sales & Marketing Coordinator

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be proactively following up on leads and opportunities generated from various sales and marketing activities, ensuring timely conversion. You will also focus on customer mapping, reaching out to potential clients in new market verticals such as solar and construction, establishing relationships through phone/email, and coordinating visits or online calls with the sales team and distributors.

Your success in this role is measured by the ability to generate and convert leads, and effectively update and maintain accurate customer information in the Fluke CRM database. The role requires interaction with sales and marketing teams, distributors, and customers in Saudi Arabia while being based in Dubai.

Responsibilities * Follow up on leads and opportunities from sales and marketing activities, ensuring timely conversion.

• Identify potential new customers and generate leads in market verticals and build relationships via phone/email for future visits or online calls with the sales team and distributors.
• Update and maintain accurate information in the Fluke database for effective sales & marketing campaigns.
• Support the sales team in action plan execution; attend meetings with customers and distributors and follow up on required actions.

• Coordinate between Fluke internal teams and distributor teams to ensure execution of the sales and marketing action plans.

Your Team

You will be working with an international and diverse team located in different locations in the Middle East, Europe, and the USA.

Experience

• A technical degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related discipline, is preferred. However, a bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field may also be considered.
• Prior B2B sales and marketing experience preferred, including lead generation and customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market verticals is advantageous, including a broad understanding of different industries and their dynamics.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics) and database management systems is desired.
