What you will be doing:
Daily and weekly administrative duties
Prepare weekly reports
Raise and keep track of purchase orders for the Department
Develop close relationships with other Accor hotels, hotel suppliers and contractors and clients, past, present and future.
Maintenance of database of key contacts/clients.
Liaise with other Hotel Departments
Facilitate the smooth running of the department through adequate supply of materials and equipment
Supporting the Marketing strategy in line with campaigns including use of email marketing, graphic design, and digital
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Previous sales experience within the tourism or hospitality sector is advantageous
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is advantageous
Ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities when under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
Attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Extremely well organised and able to plan
