Job Summary:

Fitout Bureau Interiors is looking for a dynamic and multi-skilled professional to join our team in a hybrid role combining

marketing coordination, graphic design

. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage branding, visual communications, and client coordination all in one.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Coordination:

Assist in planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies across online and offline platforms. Manage digital presence including social media channels, website updates, and email campaigns. Prepare regular marketing reports and track performance metrics such as campaign ROI, engagement rates, and lead generation. Coordinate with vendors for printing, advertising, and promotional materials. Support the organization of events, exhibitions, and client presentations.

Graphic Design:

Design marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, project profiles, flyers, and social media creatives. Maintain visual consistency with company branding across all platforms. Edit and enhance images from project sites for use in online and offline marketing. Support the design team in preparing visual boards and client proposals.

Sales Coordination:

Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments for follow-ups, quotations, and proposal submissions. Maintain and update CRM with leads, prospects, and ongoing client interactions. Assist in preparing commercial offers, sales presentations, and client communication templates. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and coordinate site visits or client meetings with relevant departments. Track project inquiries, prepare sales performance reports, and assist with closing documentation and handovers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or sales coordination, preferably in the interior design or construction industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead management software. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. A creative eye with an understanding of market trends and client behavior.
