Sales Manager - Real Estate (Dubai Media City)

boutique real estate agency based in Dubai Media City

, proudly part of a renowned

development group with over 40 years of successful projects

Iraq, the UK, USA, Turkey, and Egypt

, we are now expanding internationally with new offices opening in multiple countries.

Operating in Dubai for the past year, we specialize in

exclusive direct sales for both Off-Plan and Resale properties

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate brokers to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the Dubai property market. Monitor team performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide actionable coaching and feedback. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance sales culture. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business. Stay updated on Dubai's property trends, pricing, and regulatory developments. Work closely with senior management to set sales goals, forecast revenue, and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

4 years of experience

as a

Sales Manager

within the

Dubai real estate market

. Strong knowledge of

Off-Plan and Secondary Market

properties. Excellent

leadership, negotiation, and communication

skills. Track record of training, developing, and inspiring sales teams to exceed performance targets. Proficiency in

CRM systems

and

sales reporting tools

.

Fluent in English

(additional languages are an advantage). Must have a

valid UAE driver's license.

RERA License is mandatory.
