We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented

Real Estate Team Leader

to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong sales background and leadership capabilities to drive performance and make a significant impact in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities



1- Team Leadership & Development



Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of real estate agents to consistently exceed sales targets. Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and training initiatives to elevate team skills and morale. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

2- Sales Strategy & Execution



Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies tailored to Dubai's dynamic real estate market. Monitor KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and adjust tactics to stay ahead of market trends. Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with company objectives.

3- Client Relationship Management



Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure an exceptional service experience. Provide expert guidance through the entire buying, selling, or leasing process. Resolve issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction remains a top priority.

4- Market Insight & Analysis



Stay current with market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape. Use market intelligence to guide team strategy, pricing recommendations, and opportunity identification.

5- Operational Excellence



Oversee daily team operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards. Introduce process improvements that enhance productivity and service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills



Experience:



Minimum 2 years in real estate sales, in the Dubai market (Off Plan). Previous leadership or team management experience is highly desirable.

Key Skills:



Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to sales. Exceptional client service and negotiation skills.
