We are looking for a

Sales Executive/Sr. Sales Executive

with a strong background in

Shipping & Logistics

, specifically in

NVOCC and Freight Forwarding Operations

.

Salary:

as per industry norms, and no bar for right candidate.

Experience Required:

3-6 years of sales experience in liner shipping, vessel chartering, NVOCC or freight forwarding and logistics.

Strong understanding of shipping operations, container trade, and charter party agreements.

Strong coordination and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of trade, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Fluent in English (regional language an advantage).

Requirements:

Preferably Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Shipping, or Logistics OR experience in relatable sector.

Located in Dubai, OR willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business in liner shipping and container logistics.

Manage existing client relationships and ensure service excellence.

Negotiate rates, contracts, and agreements with customers.

Achieve sales targets (volume, revenue, profitability).

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Provide sales reports and maintain accurate records.

Develop new business opportunities in liner shipping, chartering (bulk, break bulk, or project cargo), and international forwarding.

Maintain and expand a portfolio of shippers, consignees, brokers, and freight forwarders.

Maintain database with accurate and updated client information, pipeline, and sales activities.

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and freight rates to develop a competitive sales strategy.
