Dear Candidate, DHR is hiring for Property Consultant with one of the leading property developer in Dubai. Job Roles & Responsibility \xc2\xb7 Supporting and helping build successful agents (Brokers) \xc2\xb7 Generating client leads to buy and sell a Property (Off Plans/Ready to move) \xc2\xb7 Assisting in Negotiations between buyers and sellers. \xc2\xb7 Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales. \xc2\xb7 Responding to agent questions on Contracts, Negotiations, Strategies & Goal planning \xc2\xb7 Showing properties to Potential Buyer. (Investors) \xc2\xb7 Preparing Loyalty contracts, Purchasing agreement, Rental agreements, Deeds & other documents for each real estate transactions. \xc2\xb7 Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships. \xc2\xb7 Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting. \xc2\xb7 Staying Informed on Real Estate Industry. Must Have:- \xc2\xb7 Any Bachelor degree or any diploma holder \xc2\xb7 Min 6months or 1 year experience in Real Estate(Off Plans/Ready to move) \xc2\xb7 Languages Required: - Chinese, Russian, German, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Polish, Hindi, Persian, Italian, Arabic Etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED12,000.00 per month
