We are hiring Chinese speakers for BD/ sales Manager for Developer real estate dubai For Business Development, the main responsibilities include: Opening for BD/ Indirect Sales B2B or B2C sales or accounts management, marketing , managing teams , sales , getting new brokers , singing the agency, should know how does the partnership , develop the team, push the agency to sell of the project. you will have KPI , you will have to onboard few brokers every month Develop agency and broker both in Dubai . Connect with Real Estate company, immigration company, wealth management company. Provide product training to all agent or broker team in order to support their selling and product knowledge. Help agency or broker to close deal and target. Cooperated and support with agent/broker for road shows and event promotion. Sell various real estate projects of clients property and ensure customer services parameters are met.
- Sourcing Brokers.
- Supporting Brokers for target achievement.
- Implement effective Route to Market strategies.
- Negotiate contracts.

- Identify revenue opportunities through networking.
- Educate Brokers on using client Agent Portal.
- Provide operational support to team and management.
