Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market share for IT hardware products. Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE and regional markets. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and channel partners. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing and product development. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine sales tactics. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.

Requirements:



Minimum 6-10 years of experience in

IT hardware sales

(monitors, mice, accessories, etc.). Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Deep understanding of the IT product distribution and retail landscape in the UAE. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Existing network of clients or vendors in the IT industry is a plus.

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
