Sales Manager/Business Development Manager specializing in credit card sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in Dubai. Leveraging your extensive experience in the credit card industry and your proven track record in sales and business development, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to drive credit card sales growth in the Dubai market, aligned with the company\'s overall objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including individuals, businesses, and institutions, to generate new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities in the credit card industry in Dubai.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from prospecting and lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting of sales revenues.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored credit card solutions and excellent customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing credit card sales and operations in Dubai, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 3-8 years in credit card sales, with a strong understanding of the Dubai market and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • UAE driving license and fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
