The successful applicant will be responsible for strengthening our clients position within the UAE or/and GCC countries, specifically Saudi through an increased focus on International Key Account Management, Dealer Distribution (always complying with client\'s COE) and Influencers \xe2\x80\x93 Spec A&D community. They will be expected to realize the budgeted turnover, profit margin and % of sales within a project. The Key focus will be on developing new business opportunities through Projects, Key Accounts, Dealer Sales and sourcing / maintaining market intelligence. The position will play an integral part in the establishment and development of key supply chains through the region. Increasing Market Share, Profitability and the Promotion of the Group Products by a solution driven execution and exemplary collaboration with the Group Sales Teams located in Europe and the UAE.
Responsibilities
Realizing / securing a pre agreed, budgeted turnover of sales in UAE / GCC * Responsible for turnover, % and target Margin.
Actively build, develop and explore the relevant business networks (Commercial agents, FM, design and build, main contractor and A&D)
Coordination and being responsible for cross boarder international tenders
Produce presentations and assist in the production of quotes relating to opportunities.
Generate and research market intelligence and the avenues to secure successful levels of business in the target markets.
Key person responsible for developing supply / logistics networks within the target markets (with Management assistance)
Report weekly on activity, opportunities and personal proactive sales actions.
Conduct and manage meetings with key sales targets.
Develop and maintain relevant market databases.
Successfully network within target markets.
Focus on predefined hunting accounts and work on multi-year contract relations
Following Group HR policy and guidelines
Providing input and exchange: competition, product development, etc.
Undertake any reasonable requests made by the Managing Director.
High level of professional and intellectual ability (e.g. degree or higher professional education in business administration, business economics). \xe2\x80\x93 Preferred * At least 5-years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an international commercial B to B sales environment with demonstrably successful achievement of improvements in performance. - Required
Additional study programmes/courses relating to Facilities Management, Real Estate and/or Marketing. \xe2\x80\x93 Preferred
Has an up-to-date network of influencers in the fields of Facility, Procurement, Real Estate and Architects / Designers. \xe2\x80\x93 Preferred
Sound knowledge of the furnishings and fittings market and experience of complex (inter)national tender processes \xe2\x80\x93 including implementation and delivering. - Required
Has an understanding of business economics. \xe2\x80\x93 Required
Has a sound knowledge of mathematics - Required
Has and understanding of Import procedures and local regulations in the target markets - Required
Sound knowledge of PC business applications (Microsoft Office) and programs particularly in relation to presentations - Required
Local experience of working remotely in Saudi / and or Qatari markets \xe2\x80\x93 Required
Good command of English language\xe2\x80\x93 Required
Good command of Arabic language - Desired
A great team player - Required
Holds a UAE Driving License \xe2\x80\x93 Required
