We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with over 4 years of experience in the advertising industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong client network, a proven track record in achieving sales targets, and the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team. This role will focus on revenue generation, client acquisition and retention, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Acquisition:
Leverage an existing client database to drive business opportunities.
Identify and onboard new clients in line with company growth objectives.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Negotiate and close high-value deals with clients.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve collective and individual targets.
Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback.
Analyze sales metrics to optimize team performance and client engagement strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience in the advertising or media industry.
Proven track record of managing a client base and achieving revenue goals.
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
