Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Manage and expand B2B client accounts and partnerships.
Conduct client visits, meetings, and product demonstrations across the UAE.
Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
Prepare reports, forecasts, and market updates for management.
Communicate fluently in both Arabic and English with clients and partners.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in
Sales Management
(medical field experience is a plus).
Must have a
valid UAE Driver's License
.
Bilingual
- fluent in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Strong background in
B2B sales
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
