Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with the
business setup division
to identify and explore new opportunities.
Monitor and analyze team performance; prepare regular performance reports for management.
Conduct sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and visa processing.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of proven success
in a
Sales Manager
role.
Strong understanding of
sales strategies
and
client relationship management
.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and motivational
skills.
Ability to
adapt quickly
to regulatory and market changes.
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
